Most custom pieces take around 4–8 weeks from final design approval, but this can vary depending on the design and stones required.

We ask for your phone number in case our emails end up in your junk folder. If needed, we may contact you via WhatsApp regarding your custom piece. Your details will only be used for this order and never for marketing.

Not at all. Some customers come with a full idea, others just have a few thoughts or reference images. We will work together to develop the design.

At this time, we’re unable to work with clients’ own stones, but we’re happy to source similar stones to bring your idea to life.
