How long will it take to receive my order?

Made-to-order pieces typically have a crafting time of 4 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase. For one-of-a-kind pieces, these are usually ready to ship within a week, unless resizing is required, in which case it may take a little longer. We'll notify you once your order is complete and ready for dispatch!

How do I find out my correct ring size?

Getting the right size is essential for comfort and fit. We’ve provided a detailed size guide on our website, which includes both UK and US sizing to help you choose. If you're still unsure, we recommend visiting your local jeweller, where they can measure your finger for free. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer online or download a ring sizing app for a more precise measurement at home.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, and we’ll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes! We specialise in custom jewellery. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need assistance bringing an idea to life, we’re here to guide you through the process. Simply fill out our custom design form, and we’ll work with you on creating a special piece that’s perfect for you.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it may be difficult to make changes. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate any modifications as long as the piece hasn’t gone into production yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.

What if I have a issue with my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewellery, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s through an exchange or store credit. Please note that customised or personalised items are non-refundable.

What materials do you use for your jewellery?

We use a range of high-quality materials for our pieces, including:

  • Sterling silver
  • 9K, 14K and 18K gold (yellow, rose, and white)
  • Gemstones (including sapphires, diamonds, and semi-precious stones)

Each piece is crafted with care and attention to ensure lasting quality.

What are your postage options and delivery times?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders, ensuring your jewellery arrives securely the next working day.

For international orders, we send parcels via Royal Mail Internationally Tracked. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days, though please note that customs processing may cause delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its journey.

What if I’ve received my order and the ring is the wrong size?

To avoid resizing, we highly recommend double-checking your size at checkout to ensure the perfect fit.

However if your ring doesn’t fit correctly, don’t worry! We offer free resizing for up to 2 sizes larger. However, you’ll need to cover the postage both ways, using our recommended postal service for security.

If the ring is too large and needs to be resized down, we charge a £70 resizing fee plus postage. Please note that not all rings can be resized down, especially those with gemstones, as some designs may not allow for adjustment.
