Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it may be difficult to make changes. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate any modifications as long as the piece hasn’t gone into production yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.

You can cancel your custom order and receive your deposit back within 24 hours. However, after that period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please note that customised or personalised items are non-refundable.

However if your ring doesn’t fit correctly, don’t worry! We offer free resizing for up to 2 sizes larger. However, you’ll need to cover the postage both ways, using our recommended postal service for security.

If the ring is too large and needs to be resized down, we charge a resizing fee plus postage. Please note that not all rings can be resized down, especially those with gemstones, as some designs may not allow for adjustment.
