Using a tape measure or piece of string, measure the circumference around the third finger on your left hand or your chosen ring finger. Make sure you accurately measure your size in millimetres. If using a piece of string, wrap the end of the string around you finger and mark with a pen or pencil where the string meets. Then measure the string length against a ruler or tape measure.
