This unique design features a vibrant 10mm x 10mm hot pink sapphire heart, beautifully accented by four natural 3mm diamonds on the sides. After overwhelming requests following Molly's custom creation for a client, we’ve added this stunning piece to our made-to-order collection. Crafted from solid yellow gold, this bold, chunky ring is a true statement of luxury. As always, all gold rings are hallmarked for guaranteed authenticity. 

This ring is customised to order, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production. If you are in a hurry, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite the process if necessary.
