Introducing our Sweetheart Necklace, beautifully handcrafted from solid 9ct yellow gold. This charming piece features a delicate lab- diamond solid gold pendant paired with a loose, solid gold heart, all suspended on a 17-inch solid 9ct yellow gold chain, or if you prefer without the chain.
